Had Mark Ludt build a home for me. Home needed several repairs while under warranty. Took numerous repeated attempts to have him make the repairs. Dozens of calls and text messages ignored. Was told that a specific repair would be made while under contract but told it needed to be completed in the spring since it was an exterior repair. Spring came, no answer, contacted over and over and continually ignored. Contacted in summer and fall, all messages ignored. Now it's fall and says he won't do it. I do not recommend. Not responsive and deceptive.
